Sous-Vide Beets

Ingredients
4 ea beets
salt
olive oil
citrus zest (optional)
thyme (optional)
Instructions
Peel and halve the beets, then vacuum pack with the remaining ingredients.
Sous-vide the package at 185 degrees for 3 hours.
Plate and serve.
